InverVisión is a consultancy specialized in project management for mining, energy and infrastructure. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect the personal information you share with us through this site.
2. Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, company and message you submit voluntarily.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and time on site, collected anonymously and in aggregate via Vercel Analytics.
- Site preferences: language and light/dark theme saved locally in your browser (localStorage). They never leave your device.
3. How we use your data
We use the form information solely to respond to your business inquiry. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Aggregated technical data helps us improve the site.
4. Retention
We keep form data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and, if a business relationship is established, for the duration of that relationship plus applicable legal periods.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to info@invervision.cl. We will respond within the periods established by Chile's Law 19.628.
6. Cookies and local storage
This site does not use tracking cookies. We only use the browser's localStorage to save your language and theme preference. Vercel Analytics uses an anonymous technical cookie with no personal information.
